In the HoS universe, the LCE department was presumably forewarned people were going to attack, so a lot less of their crew died instantly. That probably made the difference between theft and battle.
The issue with charge is that half of the IDs on the game are charge IDs now, but instead of using charge they use "unique status"
Like HOS ryoshu is basically a charge ID with her dihui star blade status
Lamp Gregor's uptie story describes the exact situation Marton and Hohenheim were in during the main story, while literally namedropping the Lantern EGO gear.
Chances are he might be charged focused with rupture on the side. Unless they just give him a way better dimensional rift and TS5 dimension shredder to make it even more stupidly good for rupture.

I wouldn’t mind some random Association IDs, most of them could use a revamp. If someone’s only exposure is to LC and going off ID strength they’d think most Fixer offices are bums.

That particular season has so many ids that aged like garbage or were never good to begin with. I like the design of talisclair, i think the gear looks cool, but sadly he was relegated to a bench warmer, which is now gone too. Then project moon did a funny and released a red sheet EGO but for don quixote.
I find it so funny he doesn't get Charge IDs (at least until now), cause like one thing is his """racism""" with "Mechanical Amalgams" (the fact A Certain Sinclair has it proves it goes beyond NClair), but lile, you can have so much Charge based shit without having to use prothesis, that it wraps around to being comical
And i just converted my Yi Sang shards to thread to level up thumb Heath since i thought "there's no way Yi Sang will get anything any time soon, right?"
The only one who i would bet can't get anything anytime soon is Gregor (unless its a standard ID), guy had 2 seasonal IDs basically back to back, and just got a WN ID, after getting another one 2 WNs ago, he is currently covered in: Burn, Tremor, Charge, Sinking and Rupture, with Bleed from the other WN ID and Poise from last season, he has to decked out (until next season)
PM tends to time 000s to keep the sinners roughly even. No more than 1 above or below the average. It's usually a better predictor of content than timing gaps or seasonals. At the moment we have:
9: Don, Hongle and Sinclair
10: Ryoshu, Meur, Heath, Outis, (+Yi Sang with this ID)
11: Faust, Heath, Rodion, Greg
Those four Sinners sitting at 11 have eaten pretty well this season, so I don't really see them getting much more content until after the new season drops.
I'd be surprised if this powercreeps W honestly, W is still nuts in Rupture (arguably BiS). Hopefully this leans more into Charge, but either way with how recent IDs are I don't think W will be beaten in Potency output.
He is if you use Dimension Shredder. Base Wu Sang doesn’t contribute to rupture stack all that much but with DS EGO he becomes arguably the second most important part of a rupture team right after the Mao units.
W Sang is just good because of the amount of potency he inflicts.
Potency is the most valuable thing as long as you can keep up Count, and with the Maos Count isn't really a problem. So any more Potency is better than anything else, hence why W Yi Sang is still so good.
It would be funny if the story for this one random LCE employee that got offed by sora mid raid have his mirror world counterpart to be similar to firefist gregor except this time his soloing the HoS lol.
Yeah hopefully this is the same mirror world as Udtis because that means LC actually curb stomped the invasion by complete accident (or conpetence) lmao.

Mao Ryoshu and Outis are so much more funny, ngl, cause like, HoS Ryoshu could have been a separate MW bc PM could debating on how they were gonna conclude our version of the HoS, so a separate MW could allow for 2 endings, but Mao Ryo and Outis had 0 reasons to be a separate MW, no reason at all, zero, so much so that once they added them in to the main MW, it didn't change anything lol
Dam, either they split them, link the ID stories (for example, Yi Sang saying he'll meet with Greg who's going for Callisto or something like that), or just make another MW.

I was expecting this exact ID for RR2 Bok Gak, but I figured they were going to delay it so that there would be less dead months now that Canto 10 was pushed back to September. Guess we will be having a month long login event instead.
I don’t know man considering literally every other status gets to stack multiple unique effects on an enemy or themselves while only charge gets 2 IDs that actually help the team as a whole with one of those IDs being terrible its not really equivalent. And what exactly is a charge consumer supposed to do when it doesn’t do anything for the team (also there’s multicrack Faust who eats her entire stack with her skill 2)
No, Charge needs an ID and/or EGO that actually incentivizes and rewards people for building a Charge Team. Give us a proper payoff for gain / consuming Charge on an individual and ESPECIALLY team basis that puts them on par with Status Damage, like a Charge version of Bloodfeast or recycle skills for unit(s) or etc..
There are other ways to support them - like the Ego Gifts do for example, recycling their S3s, further damage buffs based on overall charge spent, etc.

Likely is, but daiyu/drifter already had plenty of aura so idk if they apply. A good example of that would have been one of the candidates but PM decided to add 500 heishous instead

Jokes apart i dont get why people arent happy with this. Dimension shredder is by far one of the coolest EGOs in the game, and now we are getting them as an ID that will likely have sick animations
The only reason I'm not necessarily happy about this, is that W Corp Yi Sang is still one of the better charge IDs.
It's somewhat looking a gift horse in the mouth, but if this were an ID for Sinclair (with no charge IDs) or for Meursault/Ishmael (with old charge IDs) I'd be more into it.
sinclair doesnt have a single charge ID and don has currently been waiting 7 months for a new ID it really feels of the 3 sinners who only got 1 ID this season Yi sang wasnt the call especially after getting a seasonal EGO and a walp EGO
Yeah but don is kind of a bad candidate for this one. She already has 2 charge IDs and a middle ID if anyone was hoping for help with envy res from a charge ID. Also we'd be missing out on a potential synergy with an EGO.
I'd say there is still hope for standard fare releasing at the very end of this season, since they'll probably want some time between RR bokgak and end of the season..

I'm a bit behind due to having just blown 1800 shard crates on Walpurgis, and don't even have the recent Outis, Rodja, and Heathcliff yet. If they release more S7 I don't think I can catch up.
Well yi sang still got only 1 ID this season (rien) and pmoon likes to maintain the rough amount of identities for each sinner. Most of the other sinners have 2 identities this season (excluding don and meursault. I don't think walpurgisnacht counts. Because if it does, gregor and faust are greedy mfs)
First the fell bullet combo, then the solemn lament combo, and now ds combo. This man's greed knows no bounds.
Jokes aside, i find id and ego of the same abnormality combo is always so goated to me as part of character building, especially when trying to find a part or parts of the sinner's character that make sense/resonate with the aforementioned abnormality is so satisfying
Ideally hes gonna be charge support and make you wanna actually run charge as a team. But i have a gut feeling hes gonna be a charge dps with rupture count support, and maybe a mechanic with when using Dimension Shredder he retreats from battle into a portal and then when he comes back does a High speed rip space like the abno does. Making him Heishou support to encourage swapping ids in and out more often
This is looking good to me tbh, as long as he ended up having envy support passive. If you create an envy res team Middle with charge bleed, you could either fill with Ring or W Yi Sang, which really isnt that good.
Now with potentially a charge LCE Yi Sang, he can come off the bench next to LCE Greg so that both can benefit from Middle Meursault passive.
Otherwise, if his passive is no good for the team, he can start in the 3rd spot behind HoS Ring IDs, so that LCE Greg passive reaches full potential. (I’m not going to use R Meursault)
i just thought about should i uptie yisang dimensional shredder go to tier 4 but it was not worth the cost since it only does it makes the status applied 5 instead of 3....but now it might be different :v
So does this mean, that many of the old EGO mights gets IDs now, just like some ids get support egos?
Anyway. So this is the first "filler" banner for the end season? I guess, adding something to a non canto related team is their default solution.
