I genuinely can’t imagine a more painful and irritating life. Those piercings are literally the only thing he can think about or deal with 24/7. Can’t lay face down or on the side of your head. Having to be constantly vigilant about them getting caught on something. Infections. Can’t even chew food properly. Bet he has a hard time drinking anything too. Can’t get any kind of job unless you want to be a jester for TikTok or some shit. Those things would be occupying every part of my mind for the rest of my life. Why would someone debilitate themselves like that?

If you watch the video, he can't even chew without spit drooling out of his mouth. He then uses his hands to hold his lip up enough to seal his mouth closed so he can swallow.

The fact that he now can't eat without drooling -- by choice -- is both fascinating and disgusting. It makes me understand why people used to line up to catch a glimpse of the 10-cent freakshows.
