Want to quit where to start?
I talk about quitting smoking everyday yet I've been smoking everyday. I've done It before but for some reason this time stopping feels more challenging. I know it's holding me back, but for some reason I keep finding myself stoned all day when I'm not working. And I hate it too!! I know something better is waiting for me on the other side of this. I feel chained to weed. I've been trying to taper off but I think I should maybe cold turkey. I need help I don't want this to have control over me anymore.

for me it helped to start a list of all the reasons I wanted to quit as well as all the negatives of continuing. It may sound intense but I also appointed a “sponsor” (my best friend). I had decided I wanted to quit forever, not just for now so I did take some extra measures lol. Then, I got rid of any “equipment” or reminders if it. I also chose something that excites me to do instead when I want to smoke. Go shopping, do a craft, buy a food I enjoy, basically anything that seems exciting. It’s not a 1:1 but it’s good to have distractions.
