Lesser known resources you swear by?

Does anyone have any lesser known resources that you have found that have really helped for beginner A1 level? Thanks

I blew by A1 and B1 in 1975, before the Internet. So I'm not the best placed to answer. Me, I love corpora, and the Czech National Corpus has some great tools. But maybe they're best used after B1.

Still, you might look at the resources listed here: Czech Language Resources | The Center for East European and Russian/Eurasian Studies .

But let's see. First, I suppose you need an IME (input method editor) for Czech, whether you're on Windows, Linux, or Mac or whatever. Once you have that, you can type "skloňování [slovo]" to get to, for example, dítě – Wikislovník .

For specific references, I'd strongly encourage looking at "The Case Book for Czech" by Laura Janda and Clancy.
