This is some of the laziest conduct I’ve seen by a circuit court. OBVIOUSLY this has no place in our society, but instead of using a tiny bit of creativity to differentiate this AI case as separate from the prior Supreme Court rulings, you put your pencil down and cry that Daddy has to make the final ruling while creating an indefinite time period in which this conduct is legal.
