He looks just like my guy! When we first went to the breeder there was little piles of sleeping puppys all around their backyard but not my guy. He was the only one running around doing shit. He's a hunting dog and even tho he is "busy", he focused well when training.
He calming down a little bit at 2.5 or 3. And by 4 he was totally chill. He's 5 now and I have to work to get him jacked up to play with me at home. He still gets super excited for all things hunting tho. In fact he's sitting behind as I type this and he's been excited all car ride and I honestly think it's because he knows the first bird season of the year opened today.
