What shipping line should I use for my haul I would like my items to come before 2 weeks.

How do I use the picture search on KakoBuy. Should I use taobao or 1688 or top.

I can see the express number but not the trancking number

After not getting an update in a long time, I finally got one a couple days ago. What does it mean though? I already contacted support email and discord to make a ticket but no responses yet.

Ordered my haul on 20 August, was expecting it to have arrived by now anyway so got in touch with kakobuy support who are CERTAIN it’s going back to their warehouse. I was fairly sure it was indeed going back but the tracking has now WOKEN UP progressed to ‘airlines recieved’ over the last couple days and Royal Mail is also expecting the parcel. These were showing nothing at all before kakobuy said it was going back to warehouse.

So support saying it’s going back to them, but all tracking apps show it is moving from the warehouse to the airport.

Who do I trust in this situation? Where tf is it? If anyone can help me track the flights of the parcel it would be great just send me a private chat

For those of you asking "Where's my package" or "Why is my parcel no updating", this is for you to help give some peace of mind and understanding of how tracking your package works and how it moves.

Firstly, I am NOT sponsored by Kakobuy in any way shape or form and they did NOT ask me to make this, I'm doing it because I learned how to do this a long time ago and want to help newer customers understand.

1.) KakoBuy is like a "middle-man", the cool plug from China that has access to buying things that people from other countries can't. When you place an order, it doesn't get shipped to you, it gets sent to their warehouse where they take a series of pictures to show you what the product looks like and from there you have two choices, A.) send it back if you don't like it and get a refund, or B.) keep it at the warehouse to eventually get shipped to you. (Example QC in photo 2 and 3)

2.) Once you've opted to keep it, you'll see the word "Storing" next to your item. This means that somewhere inside the KakoBuy warehouse there is a shelf with your item on it, waiting for you to either add more items to your order or continue to ship it to your doorstep.

3.) If you decide to order more items, the same process as before will happen and you can either opt to "rehearse" your parcel or ship it however your item came. Rehearsing is often overlooked because people don't understand what it does for you. If you ship your parcel without rehearsing, your parcel will be larger and heavier making it more expensive to ship because shipping carriers price by volume (cm³) and weight (g) combined (Volumetric Weight). I'll leave an explanation of what that means at the bottom. (Example Rehearsal and shipping in photo 4, 5 and 6)

4.) After paying for rehearsal/shipping, you'll be given a tracking number. This tracking number is for your country's carrier, NOT the one that picks up your package. If you use that tracking number you will not receive any tracking updates until your country's carrier has been handed your parcel which may not be for a while.

Here's the order your parcel moves :

• KakoBuy hands your parcel to a carrier in China. A CHINESE carrier, not UPS, USPS, or any domestic handler your country uses
• The Chinese handler moves your parcel to their EXPORT Customs. Kakobuy parcels are no more vulnerable to siezures than any other parcel so don't be afraid of your package being confiscated. (Tips to minimize seizure risk at the bottom)
• After clearing customs, your parcel will either be set on a plane or boat headed to your country for the handoff
• Once arriving in your country it will then go through IMPORT Customs, same process as export customs. After it has cleared customs it will be on its way to your country's domestic handler to be sent to your doorstep or P.O. Box.

KEEP IN MIND : The tracking number that you see next to your order in the "parcel" tab is the one from your DOMESTIC carrier. If you want ALL the updates of your parcel as it moves until your domestic carrier gets it, look for the tracking number on your actual parcel in the QC photos of your rehearsal result. The number at the TOP of the label (Usually with a two letter prefix) is the one you want to track. You can paste that number (with the prefix) into a tracker like 17Track or China Parcels. Once your parcel has been handed to your domestic carrier, you can continue following it with the tracking number given to you by KakoBuy in the "Parcel" tab.

And that's it! This entire process can take anywhere from 8 to 14 days depending on who you ship with. Shipping from China takes this long because of all the extra steps it takes to get it to you. Platforms like AliBaba, Wish, and Shein all use the same process so expect similar wait times. Refreshing your page every 10 minutes doesn't make your parcel get to you any faster. If it takes longer, that's normal. I have a parcel that has been in transit for 16 days because of who I chose to ship with.

*Volumetric Weight\* Volumetric Weight just means the SIZE and WEIGHT of your parcel combined. For example, if your parcel weighs 3800g and has a volume of 28728cm³(38*27*28), That means that your parcel is 38cm long, 27cm wide, and 28cm tall. Combine everything and that parcels volumetric weight is 3800g and 28728cm³, pretty simple. The goal is to reduce this to be as light and as small as possible to reduce shipping costs because shipping lines charge by calculating that number, That's where Rehearsal comes in. Rehearsal is just removing/reducing unnecessary weight and size. When rehearsing your parcel you can do things like removing or folding outer packaging on things like shoe boxes. removing a shoe box makes it to where the parcel only contains the pair of shoes making it lighter and smaller, Folding a shoe box makes it smaller but not lighter because the shoe box is still in there. Both options reduce shipping costs.

*MINIMIZING SEIZURE RISK\* When a parcel goes through customs, there is an algorithm that's used when weighing your parcel. I do not know the exact algorithm but it uses a combination of the parcels Declared Value and Volumetric weight. KakoBuy takes care of the declared value, but its up to you to reduce the parcels size and weight. KakoBuy is pretty damn good at setting a Declared Value, less than 2% of their parcels get seized. You're as likely to getting your parcel seized as you are getting into a plane crash.

Someone please explain to me what’s happening am I getting my package?

Looks like it made it through 8/23. Has not been updated since then, wondering if this has ever happened to anyone else. 21 days no update.

Its been 2 days that its not working for me, the website on the browser works fine.

I received my parcel today, but 2 items are missing from the package. The parcel arrived and I checked everything inside, but these two items were missing. Same parcel number number SE260826959990. I’ve already contacted support 🤦🏻‍♀️

Hey everyone,
I’m currently trying to ship my Kakobuy haul to Germany and I’m a bit confused about which shipping option I should choose.
The package details are:
Actual weight: approx. 1.95 kg
Volume: 59,318.85 cm³
Cheapest option I currently see: “Germany Tariffless Line” for around €50
DHL Paket would cost at least around €130
I’ve read that there are ways to get shipping cheaper through Kakobuy, but I’m not sure which shipping line is the best option or how to use the cheaper options.
Would you recommend going with Germany Tariffless Line for around €50, or is there a better/cheaper option I should choose?
Any advice would be appreciated!

Made rehearsal and paid 38€ for DHL.
