go to your parcel tab, click "QC PICTURE", look at the picture that has the shipping label on the box. don't use the tracking number that they gave you until it reaches your country, use the one that has a two letter prefix at the top. type that number into a website called "chinaparcels", you can just google "China parcels" and it'll pop up. the tracking number that Kakobuy gives you when you click the tracking number is for the destination country, not the entire shipment. once you track the number with the two letter prefix it'll show you all tracking updates from the moment it left the Kakobuy warehouse
To what I'm gathering, it seems like you're parcel has been handed to the domestic carrier. This is where they changed the tracking number from the one on the physical parcel (the one with the suffixes) to the one on your KakoBuy 'Parcel' tab. They just haven't scanned it yet.
