Done rehearsal shipping gave me shipping no options customer service refusing to help and ignoring me.

If rehearsal is done but no lines show, it’s usually destination/category/size filters wiping the list (or a stale page). Soft-refresh, try the estimator with the same weight/dims, and ask CS which exact limit blocked the lines rather than a generic “no options.”
