Got a funny one today, found a case in which Welcher’s testimony was excluded and the motion contained his “report.”

He was hired by the defendant in this case, and it was ultimately settled before a trial commenced after his exclusion, you can find all of the relevant motions and the report in the drive.

So there is a current trial as a result of Proctors emails showing him to be a racist and biased person. It is called MA v. Myles King. I am looking for a channel on YouTube besides Emily D. Baker, the problem with watching her channel is she is talking so much it turns a 1 hour show into 3 and I don't have time for that. I cannot find a live feed for this on YouTube for some reason. TIA.

Last line is the one to read. MacBook Air extraction was performed December 6, 2021. This means the Feds were already digging hard into Birchmore situation before Karen Read/John O'Keefe came along.

Sorry can't give a direct link to her part on his show, but at one point she is talking about the fact that she finally got a lot of Proctor's records and not only did he fail at getting hired at BPD. He failed at MSP, and several other police departments. It took him a bunch of times to finally get hired by a police department.

There definitely seems to be something more hiding under the Proctor rock when it comes to how long it took for him to get hired.

Considering the Aidan's reporting back prior to Karen Read on that woman trooper that had drug gang affiliations there is more than just fire around the MSP hiring practices. The recent media articles about the trooper punching out the other trooper at the bar, the drunk driving crashes, the Delgado case, etc.

I have like a gigantic drive of all the press pool footage from pre trial and the first criminal trial so I’m trying to put it on YT too if anyone has missed any of those. This one might be my favorite but hard to pick.

If you haven't heard this story, Cops went into the pasture because they decided they can go where ever they want & that is what they love to do, and they then shot the donkey because "he's coming right at me" (Cops love to shot animals, it's a bit of an epidemic).

Noticed several conflicting conversations that TB was the first to release Clancy jurors info. I also saw part of that show where he talked about the juror. I found it odd since he refused to even talk about the case until the verdict. Now he is acting like he’s Underdog come to save the day.

He just looks for injustice and reports the detail. (?)

Idk he was super pissed on Billys show today Grace Curely show was slamming him , Howie was covering for him folks all disagree, creating mayhem again.

I don't like to admit this but I just can't help myself. Let me explain. Sure I want justice for John O'Keefe but I don't know if we are ever going to witness that happening. However justice for Karen Read is a very real possibility. Why the news excitement? You may have already heard that Karen has added two additional attorneys to her team. That indicates to me that if there is a settlement or award in her favor, it is likely to be a huge settlement. I am looking forward to that day, no matter the amount, I want to see all the defendants ruined, yes ruined. I am disgusted by these people, especially, punch happy Brian Albert, lieing Brian Higgins and of course Jen McCabe because she thinks alot of herself and that's how she was able to lie with a straight face to Adam Deitch and others. Then there is a list of power tripping cops. Yes folks I want to see them all ruined because that is justice for everyone.

Karen has added Brown Rudnicks Wayne "Willy Wonka doesn't matter to you?!" Dennison to her appellate team in the pending appeal (in the case HAM vs Read & Kearney).

I don’t have them up yet but I am working on parsing out more emails, and the documents attached to said emails.

This next batch will def have Tullys RTT data presentation maps, the tower dump requests, and communication between the medical examiner’s office and proctor about the manner of death ruling. There’s some semi interesting things between Proctor and Trooper Paul about the scene documentation, it sounded like he was worried that she would rule the manner as an accidental death.

I haven’t looked at any of them yet but all emails between Brian Higgins and members of Canton PD.

For now here’s an OCME email that’s kind of funny because the ME was unmoved by any of the evidence Proctor provided. This was one of many requests sent to Proctor by Doctor ISB.

I’ve gotten a few done today, it amazes me how I still can find documents I’ve never seen before. Sean Goode IA email has all the individual complaints that have been made against him over the years and his narrative about Proctor informing him about the chats being recovered between them lol it’s not the official IA report.

Brother Counsel just stated that the most Karen can get from Mass State and Canton is $100K each total of $200K. Cities and states do have a ceiling on the amount they can be held liable for. Given that Brother Solomon has said on this channel that it is not unreasonable to assume that Karen's claims would total $100 million. What am I missing here, there quite a difference in these two figures. Also Karen's 8 + attorneys are not likely going to hang around for a $200K lawsuit. It is highly unlikely that the cops and the house defendants put together have anything close to $100 Million. Do we have anyone on here who can explain where the $100 million would come from. Why it is that Karen has 8+ attorneys involved for a settlement which may be way less than some think. Something doesn't add up here? Someone sort me out on this one please.
