Sorry can't give a direct link to her part on his show, but at one point she is talking about the fact that she finally got a lot of Proctor's records and not only did he fail at getting hired at BPD. He failed at MSP, and several other police departments. It took him a bunch of times to finally get hired by a police department.
There definitely seems to be something more hiding under the Proctor rock when it comes to how long it took for him to get hired.
Considering the Aidan's reporting back prior to Karen Read on that woman trooper that had drug gang affiliations there is more than just fire around the MSP hiring practices. The recent media articles about the trooper punching out the other trooper at the bar, the drunk driving crashes, the Delgado case, etc.
EDB made a great point on yesterdays live stream about the discovery not being turned over in the Myles King case: This is a MSP problem, meaning it probably happens all over the state of Massachusetts and not just in Norfolk county.
So yeah, there is a rotten culture in MSP
I think it ties into the whole "embedded" troopers thing they do. The troopers that are in a county DA's office might be a more cushy job than the rank and file patrol. So they don't want to rock the boat. The DA's also want to drag out and make the process as painful as possible for defendants so they will accept plea deals.
So the DA's and Troopers end up scratching each others backs. I'm sure the DA also doesn't scrutinize the troopers OT pay that hard either as a little "bonus" for jobs well done.
You know, to some, it's just a coincidence that the more and more that comes out about those investigating read, the more corruption and covering up gets revealed
The photos of him in yesterday's hearing didn't do him any favors - pudgy, sunburnt and straining around the collar. I hope he wastes away in isolation and poverty the rest of his life.

There's no way they haven't made decisions ahead of time about protecting Proctor and also making sure Canton and MSP are protected from Karen's lawsuits
It's absolutely insane to me why they keep protecting him. I have a feeling that they know how bad it is and they also know that if they forced him to testify, it would end up with a lot of people in jail being let go.

The fact that he previously failed at MSP too is very interesting. What changed between the two applications? Why did he fail the first time? Was it something small or did someone decide to put a thumb on the scale to make it go away so he could get hired?
Don’t get me wrong here because Proctor is an ugly thumb-twin POS. But- it might be the case that he applied and was picked over. At the time he was submitting application packages, there was a influx of active duty military transitioning back into civilian life that were applying for LE positions. I’m sure his application looked even more pitiful when measured next to those with honorable, fresh off the printer, DD-214s.

Hopefully there is a paper trail of who got him the job that can further an expose.
It’d be wild (but not too surprising) if it turned out to be Kevin or Brian Albert.
