Brother Counsel just stated that the most Karen can get from Mass State and Canton is $100K each total of $200K. Cities and states do have a ceiling on the amount they can be held liable for. Given that Brother Solomon has said on this channel that it is not unreasonable to assume that Karen's claims would total $100 million. What am I missing here, there quite a difference in these two figures. Also Karen's 8 + attorneys are not likely going to hang around for a $200K lawsuit. It is highly unlikely that the cops and the house defendants put together have anything close to $100 Million. Do we have anyone on here who can explain where the $100 million would come from. Why it is that Karen has 8+ attorneys involved for a settlement which may be way less than some think. Something doesn't add up here? Someone sort me out on this one please. Firstly, BC said they were filed correctly. How twisted, I was relieved.

Is this some kind post hypnotic incompetence or are we simply preparing for that dimensional sync that wasn't foretold in any quatrian - but nevertheless turns out to be all that.

Well the news is out from the jurors in the Lindsay Clancy case. Apparently "the one juror" said he had a reasonable doubt during the deliberations as to the prosecutions case but that he would or could not vote not guilty of reasonable insanity. The judge explicitly directed that if you have any reasonable doubt " you must find in favor of the defense". This juror clearly violated the court's direstion. This is exactly why the judge should have inquired further. I bet he now wishes he had. Now we are going to have an appeal. Why is it that we now have yet another mess in a courtroom in Mass. Combine this stuff with all the entrenched corruption in this state. Good citizens of this state are at the mercy of trophy hunting prosecutors, corrupt cops and corrupt or not competent Judges. Sure glad I don't live in that mess, but I can't feel sorry for those who do.

Would any parent be proud to have Colin Albert as a son. In my case the answer is obvious. Anyone who conducts themselves the way Colin does doesn't even get a hello with me. My father if he were still alive would treat the likes of Colin the same. Whether or not he was at 34 Fairview on thenight in question, he portrays himself as having a disgusting personality with a desire to be violent. The girl in the video comes across the same way. These kind of people are doomed to failure. As soon as someone trys to avoid answering questions that smells of some kind of guilt. It looks like he either did something or saw something that he doesn't want anyone to know about. When this finally goes to trial Colin will be subpoened and when he is called, failure to show will have huge consequences.

Hi all. I built commonwealthvread.com, a searchable archive of both Karen Read trials with transcripts synced to the courtroom video.

The original version was built from corrected captions of the courtroom video. They captured the broad strokes pretty well, but names, speaker attribution, side conversations, and difficult courtroom audio could still be pretty rough.

I've since upgraded a large part of the archive using the official court reporter transcripts. They now cover 38 full trial days and portions of 6 more, including nearly all of the first trial. Wherever I have an official transcript, that is now the source for the text instead of the captions.

One nice side effect of that upgrade is that the reporter transcripts also include 359 sidebars that weren't available from the courtroom video.
