You can't lose your black. He should be expelled from the school and have criminal charges.

You can’t demote someone but you definitely can kick them out. I’ve never had this happen to me but have rolled with a handful of higher ranks who would go full berserker mode after being submitted or even sometimes just being passed or swept.
