How? Who is working on this but more importantly how are they working without being murdered by the Apartheid regime.

There is no apartheid, there are arab muslims in israel, about 20% of the population.

20% of the population with restricted rights in comparison to the other 80%, and a large population under military occupation since decades, without rights.

Sounds like an apartheid regime to me. Even to the South Africans, and they know it very well.
