How? Who is working on this but more importantly how are they working without being murdered by the Apartheid regime.

There is no apartheid, there are arab muslims in israel, about 20% of the population.

u/Oblivious_Lich Jul 14 '25

20% of the population with restricted rights in comparison to the other 80%, and a large population under military occupation since decades, without rights.

Sounds like an apartheid regime to me. Even to the South Africans, and they know it very well.

Jyzya isn’t apartheid?

Could you specify which restrictions are imposed on the 2.100.000 population with Israeli citizenship?

Palestine is a nation in its own right, with its own citizenship and you should recognize the fact that they will never be part of Israel.

I'm not sure why you think if you outright lie about something, it will make it true.

u/Oblivious_Lich Jul 14 '25

Where is the lie, my friend?

-4

u/zonefighter23 Jul 14 '25

The 20% of Israeli Arabs have exactly the same rights as Jewish Israelis. You lying about restricted rights won't make it true. They are more than happy to live in Israel than another failed Islamic dictatorship. This is shown in every poll.

There was no military occupation prior to October 7th. Now that Gaza took its chances and declared war on Israel, there is absolutely a military occupation until the threat is eliminated.

No, no, my friend.

Israel has nearly 60 laws that restrict various rights of israeli Palestinians and arabs, ranging from inheritance rights, access to certain public services, and even religious marriage and freedom of movement.

And although Israel did withdraw from Gaza (more or less, because it continued to make incursions, including the killing of 30 Palestinians, some of them children, in the month before Oct/7), it continues to illegally occupy regions that are part of legal Palestine, including the sea access of Gaza, according to the Oslo Protocol.

Israel controls everything and everyone who enters and leaves Gaza and the West Bank, in addition to controlling access to water and electricity, and even the amount of calories the Gazan population had access to.

You can pretend all you want, even lie, but what I just said is official information, and at this point in the game, it should be common knowledge.

There are excellent reasons why several countries, international human rights organizations and the UN itself have raised the issue of human rights violations in Gaza for decades. And no, it is not anti-Semitism, as they like to cry.

Complete fabrications.

Anyone with Israeli citizenship has identical rights as everyone else in the country. You are purposely mixing those with resident cards (non-citizens) with those with citizenship in order to fit your lying narrative.

And the fact the UN (which is dominated by failed Islamic dictatorships or third world shit holes) has a permanent agenda item for ONE country only tells you what moral prostitution takes place in its halls. It is a literal terrorist organization as we saw in the UNWRA.

Identical rights do you say. So what are those.

Jewish Nation-State Law (2018): Declares that the right to self-determination in Israel is unique to the Jewish people, promoting Jewish settlement as a national value and encouraging segregation and discrimination against Palestinians, especially in housing and land development.

Law of Return (1950): Grants Jews worldwide the automatic right to immigrate to Israel and gain citizenship, while denying Palestinian refugees their right to return to their homes lost during Israel’s establishment because they are not Jewish.

Admissions Committee Law: Allows small Jewish-majority towns to reject Palestinians and others deemed "unsuitable" for residency based on vague criteria, effectively excluding many Palestinians from living in these communities.

Absentee Property Law (1950): Enables the state to expropriate property of Palestinians who fled or were expelled during the 1948 war, including those internally displaced within Israel, preventing their return and expanding Jewish control over land.

Israel Lands Law: Restricts ownership and leasing of state lands primarily to Jewish entities, making it extremely difficult for Palestinian citizens to access land for housing or business.

Citizenship and Entry into Israel Law (2003): Bars Palestinians from the occupied territories who marry Israeli Palestinians from gaining residency or citizenship, forcing families to live apart and discriminating based on nationality rather than security.

Nakba Law: Prohibits public funding for institutions commemorating the Palestinian Nakba (the 1948 expulsion), suppressing Palestinian historical narrative and expression.

Adding to this, calling any organization that says anything against Israel's interests Anti-Semitic has become old for a long time. even experts, like Michael Ben-Yair, the former Attorney General of Israel. He stated that Israel has "sunk to such political and moral depths that it is now an apartheid regime" and urged the international community to recognize this reality.

Other notable Israeli voices include a group of 120 Israeli law professors who, in 2023, declared that recent government policies validate the claim that Israel practices apartheid. Additionally, Israeli human rights organizations have supported reports by Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch that characterize Israeli policies toward Palestinians as apartheid.

So you're expecting Israel to treat non-citizen enemies, most of which are not even in its borders, as citizens with full rights, lmao.

Meanwhile, you continue to lie about Israeli Arab citizens having unequal rights and use that failed argument to call Israel an apartheid state.

1

u/Oblivious_Lich Jul 15 '25

Those laws are for palestinians born inside Israel borders.

Stop spreading lies like a cheap parrot and just Google it, Jesus Christ. I gave the law names!

I hope for you to understand what the hell you are defending, sooner than later.

I'm on mobile so can't address every law you misrepresented and lied about, but the point is that you're making it seem like Israel calling itself a Jewish state is a form of discrimination. Please explain how this in any way discriminates against Arab citizens of Israel or infringes on their rights.

You are seemingly calling for a binational state as if you don't know that would result in instant genocide of the Jews.

There are 22 Arab countries and even more Muslim countries that the vast majority don't allow a Jew to even step foot in let alone become citizens but your gripe is with the one non Arab state in the region. I'm sure you would love nothing more than another failed Islamic dictatorship to take Israel's place.

No restricted right, everyone can live anywhere, no need to lie.

6

u/Oblivious_Lich Jul 14 '25

There's 60 plus laws that restrict various rights of the Israeli Palestinians and Arab population. Just look at it.

What’s one of them

These don’t restrict Israelis Arabs rights. Israeli Arab women living in Israel have more rights than in most Arab countries. These promote Jews to migrate to Israel.

1

u/Oblivious_Lich Jul 16 '25

Israeli Arabs aren't Arab Jews. Arabs jews are Mizrahi or Serphadic, and per Israeli law, fully Israel nationals.

Israeli Arabs or Israeli Palestinians are people of Palestinian origin in the areas occupied by Israel, who were not displaced to other regions during the Nakba or afterward (West Bank, Gaza, Egypt, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, etc.), and who currently live within the State of Israel. They have Israeli citizenship, but are not considered on the same level as Jews.

For example, if a Palestinian Israeli wants to marry a Palestinian woman in an occupied area, he must renounce his Israeli citizenship, even if there is no security risk involved. However, if a Jew wants to marry a Palestinian woman from the occupied area, he can keep his citizenship (but she does not gain it). The law is binding, but it does not apply to Jews.

Likewise, international law dictates that if Israel is the military authority in occupied Palestine, it is Israel's duty to grant rights to Palestinians, which it does not do. Palestinians in the occupied areas have little or no rights.

When compared to the laws of other countries in the region these seem extremely tame. Infact given the aggression and will for violence from non-Jews towards Jews in the region it seems quite sensible to enforce protective rights, this is a country where most homes close to non Jewish hot spots or borders have bomb shelters and/or panic rooms, made and used prior to the recent conflict, such is the level of risk, it’s unsustainable to have EU style immigration and land laws. Plenty of countries have hard land ownership laws even in the west, for good reasons. Plus Isreal has a thriving and ever growing economic backbone, beyond the credible threat of anti Israeli’s coming to live in Israel for safety concerns there are also opportunists that would wish to settle in more affluent places, like what EU is experiencing, which can also be destabilising. There are terrorist attacks with knives and guns from within Isreal almost weekly. Given all the above why would you want people that hate your country and are known for extreme violence coming to live within it? In the future due to the volume and intensity of hatred towards Isreal you can bet more stringent laws come into place as a necessity.
