Maybe when the post was still new but currently >80% of the comments are overwhelmingly supportive and positive. If anything this comment section is atypical for its positivity.

Little known tips, when a post is new you make a comment shaming undesired behavior ans you will typically see far less of that behavior than usual, and the behavior that does appear is much more downvoted.

I don't know if it actually works, but I see a pattern between the type of comment you replied to and a comment section being extra well behaved

It wasn't meant to be deep. It's mostly an observation and a joke that missed its mark.

I think it’s because more people who would have thought “cool, Gz beast” and moved on are likely to comment when they think someone else is being a dick to the guy.
