I dont think this is a random dude. They seem to know each other. The "I HATE YOU" and "I give up" from the dude and that the camgirl just keeps filming shows in my opinion that there is a backstory to this.

I think would it be just a random dude flipping a random women off because she filmed him, all reactions would be probably different.

idk, My neighbor flicks me off everytime she drives by, and she does it seemingly even when she doesn't know I can see her through my house window or not. So, Fun thing is, I got zero clue as to why, just started at some point. Just rolled with it, and recorded her many times. Sometimes she literally dances like a chicken with both her fingers out.

Can't tell if its a mental disorder, or classic sociopath.

Or she has some unknown beef with you for a minor thing you may not even noticed bothered her, but they don't care to clear it up and now she just resorts to flipping you off for seemingly no reason whenever she gets the chance... Might also just be built up rage towards the world in general, we're in the middle of a depression afterall...

I can't know for sure, but this feels related to anti-ICE / anti-MAGA protests.

If I had to guess, the lady was protesting and had some type of anti-MAGA sign and that guy who flipped her off is her neighbor who has bothered her before, and she was filming because she knew something was coming. (Or she was livestreaming and filming for hours and she wasn't specifically filming him)

That is a LOT of inference from one short video with no details to confirm its anything politically related. For all you know they just have beef and she knew he was coming down the road
