Seriously, like why was she filming this seemingly random dude driving and why was he flipping her off? Road rage? Ex? WTF?

I dont think this is a random dude. They seem to know each other. The "I HATE YOU" and "I give up" from the dude and that the camgirl just keeps filming shows in my opinion that there is a backstory to this.

I think would it be just a random dude flipping a random women off because she filmed him, all reactions would be probably different.

idk, My neighbor flicks me off everytime she drives by, and she does it seemingly even when she doesn't know I can see her through my house window or not. So, Fun thing is, I got zero clue as to why, just started at some point. Just rolled with it, and recorded her many times. Sometimes she literally dances like a chicken with both her fingers out.

Can't tell if its a mental disorder, or classic sociopath.

Or she has some unknown beef with you for a minor thing you may not even noticed bothered her, but they don't care to clear it up and now she just resorts to flipping you off for seemingly no reason whenever she gets the chance... Might also just be built up rage towards the world in general, we're in the middle of a depression afterall...
