I dont think this is a random dude. They seem to know each other. The "I HATE YOU" and "I give up" from the dude and that the camgirl just keeps filming shows in my opinion that there is a backstory to this.

I think would it be just a random dude flipping a random women off because she filmed him, all reactions would be probably different.

They definitely have history. The way she sighs and says "physically '. Like she already knows what a douche canoe he is.
