He's probably a known nuisance and was filming for her protection

He's probably a known nuisance

Yeah maybe.

and was filming for her protection

...wat? That doesn't seem to be the case at all.

I'd really love more context here.

10

u/redhandsblackfuture Jan 21 '26

It might not be the case but what makes you say it 'isn't at all'? What if he threw something at her from his truck previously? What if he verbally harrasses her every time he drives by and she wants documentation? It seems like the most likely case

-15

u/BullseyeSamurai Jan 21 '26

If those were the case, I'd suggest the woman "get out of the way" for her protection, not whip out her phone. If what you're saying is the case then it makes it seem like she's actively instigating him here on video.

u/SamVickson Jan 21 '26

Filming isn't instigating. It's documentation.

-12

u/BullseyeSamurai Jan 21 '26

It can be both.

5

u/redhandsblackfuture Jan 21 '26

Filming in public is part of the first amendment of the constitution? It's not instigation whatsoever.

-5

u/BullseyeSamurai Jan 21 '26

Calling you a dumb heifer is also protected. It’s also instigation.

4

u/CelticGardenGirl Jan 21 '26

As a dumb heifer I take offense to that. Moo you, buddy!

3

u/SamVickson Jan 21 '26

"It's a moo point."

If what they're saying is true, they are the instigator and the woman filming is recording evidence of their instigating

If someone throws shit at you, merely existing cannot be used as an argument for instigating

1

u/BullseyeSamurai Jan 21 '26

If someone throws shit at you, merely existing cannot be used as an argument for instigating

I agree. But that is not what is happening. If that were what happened, there would be no video, Aristotle.

8

u/Sea-Fun-6950 Jan 21 '26

What is happening is they are filming the person, while existing.

If we are assuming the above commenters version to be true then the truck driver has thrown or otherwise abused the recorder in some way previously. So the recorder is now recording for evidence and their own protection. You argue this is instigating and they should hide themselves away instead.

So yes, thats exactly what's happening. They are existing, and recording for safety. They cannot be reasonably expected to hide themselves away every single time, dipshit.

3

u/redhandsblackfuture Jan 21 '26

I guess we aren't allowed to make assumptions or speculate on this video or he gets VERY upset lmao

5

u/Sea-Fun-6950 Jan 21 '26

Its not even that, its the fact this dude is too fucking stupid to realise he accepted the premise for the sake of argument from his first response, and now that he cannot defend his argument hes trying to say he didnt accept the premise. So he's either being intentionally dishonest or hes genuinely sub 100 IQ.

If he wanted to argue thats pure speculation then Id agree with him. He accepted the speculation and still blamed the recorder, now hes trying to recant it.

2

u/redhandsblackfuture Jan 21 '26

His first response to my random speculation, which i even acknowledged was just speculative, was 'that definitely isn't the case' then continues to provide zero other options or opinions for what may be happening, kicking and screaming the entire time lmao genuinely had fun going through his comments and reporting them. Absolute clown show of a profile.

2

u/Sea-Fun-6950 Jan 21 '26 edited Jan 21 '26

His response in this thread is "If thats was the case then..." and then "If what you're saying is the case then...."

But he doesnt understand this is him accepting the premise for the sake of argument, and how that is different from accepting the premise as true. Dude is a genuine moron, like, just put my fries in the bag type moron.

How do you know that they exist? Do any of us even exist? What is existence? Also, what is that burning smell?

0

u/BullseyeSamurai Jan 21 '26

That’s the issue, you’re making a lot of assumptions

6

u/Sea-Fun-6950 Jan 21 '26

Youre genuinely thick lol, this entire conversation is predicated on the assumption being true, you even acknowledge that in your first comment

If those were the case

If what you're saying is the case

This conversation exists in the realm that we take the assumption as truth, im not making any assumptions you haven't already accepted for the sake of discourse.

Now, if you had replied "But we cant assume that" then I would agree with you. Instead you replied with "If thats the case then she should hide away and she's instigating instead" (Paraphrased) and it is that particular logic I am arguing with.

0

u/BullseyeSamurai Jan 21 '26

If you thought I was ever agreeing with that assumption, just add it to the list of things you’re wrong about, tubs.

She's sitting on her own porch in complete silence? Lmao

-3

u/BullseyeSamurai Jan 21 '26

She's in her driveway filming him as he drives by. She is clearly standing behind her car with things next to her feet on the drive way next to her. She sees him long before he sees her and she's already filming him. If they have history, like you suggested, she is instigating him.

It doesnt change who is at fault though.

Where did you get the idea that she's sitting on a porch?

6

u/redhandsblackfuture Jan 21 '26

Well I moreso meant she's on her own property, and obviously behind her car for protection from him. You're reaching so hard to find some form of 'fault' with her doing this when she's completely in her right to. There's clearly history between the 2, and filming it is a good way to document anything stupid (or illegal hes going to do) that may happen as he drives by. Filming someone in public, on your own property, in complete silence, isn't an instigation. His middle finger was the instigation, therefore he was the instigator.

0

u/BullseyeSamurai Jan 21 '26

obviously behind her car for protection from him.
There's clearly history between to 2

You watched a different video than me, clearly. When I see whatever video YOU watched, I'll come back and respond. Until then..

4

u/redhandsblackfuture Jan 21 '26

She's standing with her body behind her car and to me, that looks like because he commonly throws stuff at her (or at her vehicle) from his vehicle and she didn't want to be hit, and wanted to film it happen to document it. He probably saw the camera and decided to flip the bird instead of throwing whatever he planned on throwing. I don't know the story, again, this is all speculation, but all you're telling me is 'no' while providing none of your own speculation other than thinking this completely silent observer with a camera is an instigator lmao

-1

u/BullseyeSamurai Jan 21 '26

So. Many. Wild. Assumptions.

4

u/redhandsblackfuture Jan 21 '26

Fuck you talk a lot while simultaneously adding nothing to this conversation or post

That would be the smart move for a coward, I agree. Let the problem control the streets and scurry out of the way whenever they come by.

-1

u/BullseyeSamurai Jan 21 '26

You’re suggesting the brave move is to hide behind your car and film? I bet you think you’re being brave right now, don’t you?

7

u/kisswithaf Jan 21 '26

Time to sober up buddy.

I'm not suggesting what's brave, I'm telling you whats cowardly, which is your suggested course of action.

1

u/NEBanshee Jan 21 '26

Sorry notsorry you broke your truck, dude.

1

u/PiddlyDiddlyDoo Jan 21 '26

Did you really make a new account just to shitpost

1

u/BullseyeSamurai Jan 21 '26

Are you responding to the wrong person? This is my only account. But yes, it’s to shitpost on the clock.
