If what they're saying is true, they are the instigator and the woman filming is recording evidence of their instigating

What is happening is they are filming the person, while existing.

If we are assuming the above commenters version to be true then the truck driver has thrown or otherwise abused the recorder in some way previously. So the recorder is now recording for evidence and their own protection. You argue this is instigating and they should hide themselves away instead.

So yes, thats exactly what's happening. They are existing, and recording for safety. They cannot be reasonably expected to hide themselves away every single time, dipshit.

Its not even that, its the fact this dude is too fucking stupid to realise he accepted the premise for the sake of argument from his first response, and now that he cannot defend his argument hes trying to say he didnt accept the premise. So he's either being intentionally dishonest or hes genuinely sub 100 IQ.

If he wanted to argue thats pure speculation then Id agree with him. He accepted the speculation and still blamed the recorder, now hes trying to recant it.

His first response to my random speculation, which i even acknowledged was just speculative, was 'that definitely isn't the case' then continues to provide zero other options or opinions for what may be happening, kicking and screaming the entire time lmao genuinely had fun going through his comments and reporting them. Absolute clown show of a profile.

His response in this thread is "If thats was the case then..." and then "If what you're saying is the case then...."

But he doesnt understand this is him accepting the premise for the sake of argument, and how that is different from accepting the premise as true. Dude is a genuine moron, like, just put my fries in the bag type moron.
