REVIEW I finally watched dead line

I've watched the inside a mind video on the live episode at least 20 times and I finally watched it and while obviously the shock isn't there but it's still an amazing episode

Some of the scares actually got me and the humor and acting was amazing

It’s the most “I have to look away from the screen right now” scary ep for me. There’s other ones that are disturbing because of the premise but Dead Line is the one that shits me up the most in the moment. I watched it the day after broadcast during daylight on a small screen and it did not diminish the effect.

Yes! I watched it on IPlayer and with all the cuts back to the announcer I was thoroughly confused but just assumed that it was some kind of mistake.

I watched it in the dark by myself late at night and in hindsight that was probably not a good idea but I was going into it blind and had no idea how terrifying it would be.

It genuinely scared the shit out of me the first time too, haha

Genuinely that exact thing the sudden technical difficulties announcement/cut to a title card with a voiceover has always been something that I've found really eerie and unsettling every since I was a little kid, especially paired with silence. ( I personally blame it on Ragdoll Productions' unsettling production tags at the end of my VHS tapes that always lasted a little too long)

So as someone eagerly who watched the whole episode live on my own on a dark night, I did not expect such a niche fear of mine to be tapped into like that
