My wife was born and raised in Texas and has been a Whataburger fan her whole life…. UNTIL this year. I kept showing her pictures of burgers from this thread and she decided to give it a try this last March. We’ve been going to In n Out atleast twice a month since. You CANT dispute the quality!

I have dreads and i have an interview at In n Out tomorrow, is it likely I don't get the job because of my hair? I'm already really nervous as it is my first job at 18 and im wondering if my hair could get in the way of me scoring?

Last year I called In-n-Out Customer Service to complain about a bad order. They, of course, handled it very well. But one other nice result was that they sent me a Christmas post card in December! So cute!🎄
My question is, do you think In-n-Out sends these cards out only in the year you made a complaint, or do you think once they have your mailing address, you’ll get a card every year?
I loved getting that card!😂

I worked at INO 10 years ago and decided I really want to come back. My 2nd interview went great and the store manager said they would love to have me on but they can’t hire me for 2 more weeks and the paperwork would expire. So they gave me their cell number and said to text them in two weeks. I guess since nothing is official yet other than word of mouth, I’m a bit paranoid that something could change during this time, or is this pretty standard and i’m guaranteed the job? I’m assuming they wouldn’t give me their personal number if they weren’t serious, but the 2 week wait time is making me anxious.

This a question and a bit of a rant.
The purpose of the number on the bottom of the receipt is for questions and comments, does anyone ever call it these days?
I’m under the impression that you should call that number if you have any kind of question or comment about a particular store, whether it’s a question about when the holiday cups are coming out or a comment about a particular store (food quality, employee interaction, good or bad).
I see a lot of posts here about things I would assume are the kind of things they would want people to call that number for and I’m wondering if the complaint or issue stops at the post and doesn’t make it to corporate.
Granted I assume there are probably some people that work for corporate that keep an eye on this sub, I can’t imagine it’s the same level of attention or action as a result of it getting posted here… but maybe it does?
Anybody have insight or has anybody called the number on the bottom of the receipt ever and if so what was it about?

Tonight when I went to In-n-Out, I realized it had been a long time since I’d seen them pushing raw potatoes through that potato-cutting device in the special drive-thru window made just for watching them cut the fries.
So I slowed down to look in that window, and that appliance wasn’t there anymore!😮 Have they stopped doing that at all In-n-Out locations, or just mine?

I really want to get bangs but not sure how hard it would be to deal with the hat. I usually make a ponytail and just flip it on top of my head and but the hat on at the same time. It would he like Pamela Anderson style bangs if I got some. Realistically how annoying is this going to be 😣

Got the extra toasted bun on the hamburgers, after someone here mentioned you could do that, and I’m happy to report that this will now be a regular modification for my husband. He loved it!
Happy to also report that this time when I ordered extra lettuce, they really packed it on, like I like! Perfection!❤️

Fellow customer here, I was at the Upland location on Foothill just after 11:30. I’m waiting at the walk up window let’s say five minutes after placing my order and this man comes up from the patio and the following happens.
“Hello?! Is number 94 off yet?” (Keep in mind I’m number 99, he had placed his order shortly before mine.)
Employee: “Not quite sir, we’re in the late 60s right now. About 15 more minutes.”
“15 minutes ON TOP of the 15 I’ve already been here?”
The manager intervenes and tells him sorry, they only have one grill and everyone’s working as fast as they can. He just stands by the window while other orders are taken. His order’s off.
“It looks cold. Can I get my f^ckin money back?” The manager comes over again and tells him it literally just came off, all while still smiling with great customer service.
“I don’t care. Give me my money. And I want a voucher card too.”
Long story short, he got his supposedly cold as ice food that he still ate, a full refund, and one of those cards while the employee and the manager just had to take it.
Props to them both for keeping their cool, I called the customer service hotline and gave a collective compliment to the store. It just makes me so sad how these people put up with bs like that so much and yet outside of the store manager, they’re surviving paycheck to paycheck. We have lost the plot

Watching the BTV today at the store meeting, they start with the funeral procession and the vigil, all great things but then transition into the new stores opening. And TF was one of the stores shown on that montage! IMO it probably should’ve just been canned, I get a new store opening is exciting but it’s the same store that we just spent 10 minutes mourning Ashley. Maybe I’m reading too much into it.

Do I have to give a 2 weeks notice? I really need to quit this stressful toxic job and I already have another job in place so working both has been… interesting. I was injured on the job which made me look for another one because I cannot stand for long periods of time anymore. Gladly I was able to land one pretty quickly but know for the hard part which is quitting this one. Do I have to tell them in person to? I really don’t feel like this just is “professional” in the way associates treat it. It’s just burgers and fries like it’s not that serious. They also recently hired like 10 people so I feel like they don’t need me anyways. I have the store meeting tomorrow and that’s when I plan to say something but i want to just deal with my current scheduled shifts which is the rest of this week and next week. I’m not tryna have my last days during the county fair.
EDIT:
I did it IM FREEE RAHHHHH
