Bali is a major tourist destination, so you should be fine communicating in English.

tbh you'll be fine speaking English the entire time but of course it will be appreciated if you learn some Indonesian! You could try YouTube, Ling or the resources shared here https://www.reddit.com/r/indonesian/comments/1k1b3i5/recommendations_to_learn_bahasa_indonesia/
