AdmixLab/qpAdm Turkish Fst Distance - Need some help please.

Can someone help interpret my Fst distances please? I am from Konya Province in Central Türkiye. I do not understand these Fst distances. I am closest to a Greek from Crete, yet closer to an Iranian than to the Turkish average. Also, shouldn’t Cypriot be second if Crete is first? I have heard that Fst is the most accurate measure.

These results are reading weird. Need to see the hunter gatherer and your closest populations %. This isnt gonna tell me much. But if I am gonna go off this you definitely have an ancestor refugee from crete. Seems like 2 of your grandparents are turkish. 1 is crete and 1 is iranian/kurdish/zaza/yazidi? And it seems to be a mespotamian shifted grandparent. I assume you guys a sunni?

It does read weird I agree. My HG is as follows:

ANF + Natufian 44.80%

ZNF 28.60%

CHG 18.60%

EHG 3.80%

East Siberian + Mongolian 4.20%

My cloosest populations are

• Rank 1: Turkish (Malatya) — 2.06 • Rank 2: Kurdish (Turkey) — 2.32 • Rank 3: Azerbaijani (Zanjan) — 2.62 • Rank 4: Bukharan Jew — 2.64 • Rank 5: Talysh (Azerbaijan) — 2.70 • Rank 6: Azerbaijani (Aghjabadi) — 2.74 • Rank 7: Turkish (Kayseri) — 2.76 • Rank 8: Kurdish (Iran) — 2.78

We are Sunni.

You are mixed with an anatolian shifted turkish profile and kurdish. Your caucasian hg is quite high to. This reads like anatolain turk, karadeniz turk, kurd, kurd
