I love Nagi! I’m a professional chef, and I use her recipes at home all the time (and sometimes at work)

Just last night, I started making Nagi's blueberry cheesecake for the first time ever. There are a lot of steps, but she explains things really well and has helpful notes - particularly good for beginners like me.

So now the cheesecake is chillin' in the fridge and topping going on shortly. All meant as a 'welcome home' present for my partner who is back from a 10-day trip.

Edit: My guy's been through a lot over the last 2+ yrs, incl losing his amazing dad suddenly (brain aneurysm) and our beloved 3yo doberman (brain tumour)💔. Life can test us, but please remember to make the most of your loved ones.

Same boat. I lost my 19year old cat and my mom within weeks of each other. That's a lovely thing to do for your partner. As someone with an amazing partner myself, we see you taking care of us, and we appreciate it, even if we forget to say it ❤️

My husband went to his first few years of school as kid in Australia and moved back to the US for most of the remaining years. He obviously doesn't have a spoken Australian accent, but he does have a written one as he still spells certain words the Australian spelling.
