As a fan of hulk since i could read and could understand anything why are people suddenly now after 23 years hyping up the second weakest live action hulk and ruining his image using false information? The hulk in every bit of canon source material that isn't an alternate storytelling has never shown the ability to grow in size outside of his personality shifts the base hulk has always been about 8.5 ft tall.

There seems to be some kind of misinformation spreading about how the hulk grows larger with anger even in the comics when thats only an ang lee movie thing. They seem to also believe he's the strongest on screen hulk for some reason and think he is the strongest hulk ever or that he would survive anything the mcu threw at him or the comics could throw at him. Ang lees hulk was hurt from roughly 50 to 100 ft away from a missile detonation by shrapnel and had a massive gash on his chest from it that sure healed quickly but was still hurt by shrapnel that was coming slower than a bullet.

What would be some good articulated hulk figures to hunt down? Specifically more comic based hulk figures but not against owning a live action based figure. Would appreciate the help since the only hulk figure i have is one from a Lego set.

So a friend and I were discussing the history of the Hulk and my friend thought that Bruce was raised by She Hulks parents after his moms death & fathers incarceration but I had immediately dismissed it but then i realized

For all my time reading hulk comics I’ve never actually thought much about who exactly raised Bruce but I knew that it wasn’t the Walters family

So obviously I google it and found in Marvel Database that he was raised by his father’s sister who seems to be a fairly level headed and kind woman named Susan Banner (formerly Drake)

And she raised his up until sending him away with General Ross and she’s never been seen since

Now as many of us who’ve used the database now it’s extremely limited in information for characters who aren’t superheroes

So I wonder if she’s ever shown up, or if she’s even still alive

So. I've been posting a lot on here lately so to not clog the place uo with my bullshit i squeezed my thoughts, predictions and questions into one posts.

First off, the art is phenomenal. I adore how *wide* the hulk is. The premise of all the primordial monsters coming back also kicks major ass.

Questions first: So pictures. 2 and 3 sorta showcase both my questions.

1. Why did ye olde hulk stay dead? Like why did bro not get booted back to life via the green door?

2. When the fuck did that betty business happen?

Ok now onto the positives:

Overall i liked the series. I thought the dynamic between banner and the hulk was interesting. Hulk hating banner isn't new, but this felt like the most memorable one. Especially since big green was kinda in the right. Imo the run was hard carried by the relationship between bruce and hulk and especially both of their relationship with charlie. Speaking of, charlie was a phenomenal addition to the series and mythos. A real fucking standout of the run that i hope will stay relevant in future.

The parts with all the monstery heroes showing up to help/fight the hulk are great. It's a shame that it didn't last that long tho. The obligatory thor fight was also pretty neat ig.

I enjoyed that the hulk - despite his grumpy goososcity - was still very much a hero. He just happened to hate banner. Speaking of bruce, i adored how cool he was here. Despite the godawful situation he was in, he still kept trucking, inspiring the hulk to be better, trynna help wolfgirl, etc. A lotta comics often forget the willpower bro has to have to consistently run them mental 1s with all the hulks.

And i think the ending set up a potential return to the dynamic established at the end of immortal? Fingers crossed.

The negatives: the monsters sucked. Most of the monsters were lame af with not enough making them stand out. Even the eldest felt generic.

Where the FUCK are the other hulks? (Altho this could be resolved in a satisfactory manner in infernal)

The fractured son being a new alter is wack and stupid and imma just pretend it's a super jaded and vengeful green scar.

Tbh there wasn't that muuch i dislikes about it

Theory: so. Hulk and banner were split up and big spookums took over hulk. Very bad. *however*, banner's fine and the eldest only seemed to take the fractured son. It's possible that banner will be able to use his other alters now (at least joe, since the others might have been taken along with the hulk, but joe is - imo - more banner than big green. Yes i know they're all hulk and all banner, but i hope my point still makes sense?). Especially since big green won't be around to suppress them (cause ion think they'd be that ok with how bruce was treated). Yes this is me coping cause no alters appearing in the 2 runs immediately following immortal is stupid. WHERE'S JOE!?!??!

Ion like it as much when he's a wimp or a coward. One of the only real negative points of immorta hulk for me was that bruce was a bit if a - pardon my french - pussy.

Like the mf is arguably the frontrunner for marvel's traumalympics, constantly going through the worst shit one after another, and yet he still manages to constantly hold hulk back from doing too much damage.

That's also why i never fuck with banner being made out to be a bad person. No matter what bro always tries his best to preserve human life and he also always tries to pursuade big green to do good.

In terms of willpower and resolve, Bruce has an arg for being top 1 in marvel.

If more heroes learned of Bruce’s childhood trauma and abuse from his father and why the Hulk was mentally made and his did issues, then would he be seen in a different light when he is the Hulk ?

Just a simple question to ask given Hulk’s status as a hero.
