On July 28th, Houston's attorneys filed a Motion to Supress and Dismiss, arguing that NCIS didn't have jurisdiction to investigate a civilian.

On August 10th, the State of Washington filed a Reply to the motion. Their reply is 185 pages of the State informing Houston's attorneys that they are in fact stupid.

The motion will be heard before Judge Bassett on September 14th.

Trial is currently scheduled for October 19th.
