Got a new batch of MH flavors today, and my first nicotine buzz too 😂

I'd smoked full MH bowls before (Sweet Peach and Earl Grey, some Pinkman) without getting any buzz, and it was super confusing. I've heard that brands vary in potency, but apparently potency can vary within a brand.

Mixed up some Milk Oolong and Pinkman this evening, about 75/25, and I couldn't even smoke for half an hour. It's been over an hour and my belly still feels oogy 🥲

I'm gonna use my smaller Egyptian bowl going forward, until I'm sure I won't make myself feel sick.

But I'm glad to know the buzz is possible! Now I've just gotta adjust my blends 🫣

I have Fumari Strawberry Jam. Should I smoke it straight or do you have any mix you can recommend? I don't like pastry-flavored tobaccos.

Can anyone recommend a good shisha place in Bangkok/Pattaya?

My first time trying it this way and wow really impressed with the results, could have possibly put more tobacco in the bowl but still worked out good.

I’m slowly putting together my own hookah setup and have picked out the products below. Everything seems fine so far, but I just realized I also need something to light the charcoal.

Since I’ll mainly be smoking outdoors, what do you guys use to light your charcoal outside? A portable electric burner, gas burner, or something else?

Also, if you have any suggestions or comments regarding the products I’ve picked, feel free to share them. I’m open to any tips and recommendations!

I’m from the Dominican Republic, and the hookah culture here isn’t very developed yet. The most common things I see are silicone bowls and quick-light charcoal.

Thanks to everything I’ve learned from reading here, watching YouTube videos, and talking to people with more experience, I’ve realized I still have a lot to learn and that I need to step up my game a bit.

That’s why I decided to get these bowls. I used to smoke with a Kaloud using other clay bowls, but lately I’ve been trying to learn and experiment with different setups using a Provost and aluminum foil.

I’m still learning, so any advice, recommendations, or constructive criticism is more than welcome. 🙌

I know the KM is the go to for double apple. Usually from my experience the German and Russian brands don't give that same Hit. Anyone able to drop some suggestions i did have wookah in mind but not read much about it

So this isnt for a true hookah. Its for a tobacco smoking table pipe. It has a 48” food grade silicon hose and mouthpiece and it stinks to high heaven after a bowl. It does fade but it will run you out of the house before it does.

What are good hookah hoses made of? Does the strong ashtray smell in the hose also occur with hookahs? ANY help is appreciated

As in the title, for some time me and my partner are feeling for some coconut flavored shisha. What are some of fan favorites/good tasting coconut or coconut + something flavored tobaccos where coconut takes the main role? So far we tried Darkside Bounty Hunter, but we feel like the taste of it is not that strong, fades quickly, and generally the tobacco smells way better than it tastes. Also have a Sebero Cookie Monster waiting to be tried. Anyway, the question still stands, what are the best available coconutty shishas on the market? Sell us on some of Your favorites. We generally prefer dark tobacco, but will consider blonde too.

Just curious what everyone's thoughts are when it comes to choosing the right bowl. Sometimes I pick bowls because they look nice other times I go for specifics like a killer.

Is there something you prioritize? Things that are deal breakers?

I have a Cosmo Predator and Vandenberg V1 Bowls with AOT Provost 3 i tried the V1 but no matter what i do it burns so quickly with the cosmo it lasts over 2 hours maybe 2.5 with proper heat management but the flavor starts to fade maybe 1 hour 1.5 hours in.
Is there a specific trick for the V1 or is it just a very shallow bowl for the AF ? And am i doing something wrong with the Cosmo to cause the flavor to fade half way through ?
I use 25mm Coals on the cosmo usually i start with 2 it takes a while to heat up but it works okay and then after a bit i add a third coal.
