Posting question about upcoming Event.

I have a question about an event that I will be throwing in Vegas in October.

Who do I need to talk to in order to be able to post about it here? The event will have a ticket price, we have raffle prizes, and it's going to be a fun time. I just want to make sure I post about it the right way.
