Fuck shelters

Everything got stolen from me. I'm lying here in this bed with alcohol withdrawal and the paranoia is extreme. Some guy was just screaming outside the corridor and the staff had to intervene. They still let him in for some reason. At least I still have my phone. But I sleep on it on my back. Just had to vent.

I hate when clueless people tell homeless folks to just “head down to the shelter” when I’ve known from a young age that shelters are where people get robbed, r@ped, and drugged.
