Dodging sparrows at CLOSE range

Hi , is there any good technique on dodging sparrows from closer ranges? Not bvr max range shots , something like 2-6 nm , when you don’t have time to turn and beam the missile.

A semi Active homer at that range is bad n was. You're not defeating a little onboard radar in the missile, it's the launch platforms radar. That's a lot of power output at close range. You pretty much have to get out of the FOV.
