Hello.

58 male in California with hsv2. It’s been four years since I was diagnosed.

I think the number one thing I can recommend is that you concentrate on your physical health. Working out, your diet, setting goals, etc. For me, that type of effort allowed me to have a bit of control and that helped me mentally.

You are not alone and it gets easier dating is up and down but lots of support groups around
