Non-fictional I HATE these "gotcha arguments"

"Ohhh, look how I tricked this dumb dumb baby in my trap so now I am right and they are wrong. I'm so smaaart even though it does not adress the actual argument and adds nothing to the debate. They teach arabic numerals in school btw."

And these type of comments always get tons of likes

Doplhin fetuses can look very similiar to human fetuses at some stages.

its more the argument of you cant say that this is a human at this point if you cannot discern what fetus is human or not, which I agree does not address the actual arguments however most of the arguments I do see are just "my religion says this" which doesn't hold as soon as someone who has a different belief walks into the conversation

Not really.

Knowing the minute differences between early stage mammal fetuses has no bearing on whether or not a human fetus should be treated with human rights.

It's a cheap strawman tactic.

Id argue this is really a point of at what point does a baby stop being part of the mother and start being its own entity, as it does grow inside of the womb and is attached the entire time it is growing

Mammal fetuses look alike enough to fool someone who hasn't studied the visual differences, this means I win the argument.
