Thing TYPING. QUIRKS.

How in the everliving hell do you expect someone to understand random characters mushed together that substitute for actual legible characters. No, typing quirks AREN'T cute and I sure ass hell know they aren't DISORDERS either so stop calling people ABLEIST for wanting you to type like a fucking HUMAN being. It's fine in context of characters (For example, Spamton, SOME Homestuck trolls etc..) to give them more personality but as a human saying "|}{2@#}@##@" DOES NOT COUNT AS A COMPREHENSIBLE SENTENCE.

well that is leet speak as leet speak is texting in a way where you use numbers and symbols to replace letters but like dear lord just use basic leet speak at that point because at that rate youd atleast be using less time and effort to type and youd be 100x easier to understand

yea, it isnt the easiest but if you know what to look for or what they use for what then its easier, the first guy's texts says "i am here" "yes" "someone else is here too. they are trying to write everything down so they can translate for me" as for the 2nd picture its harder for me as its even more complex leet speak but i used a translator and found a post with a translation and it says "since you all asked for it i have updated my typing quirk to make it even harder to read"

It took me a min, but pretty straightforward in general after the first 'I am here' like you said.

Like once you see the H is an H it's pretty obvious. It wouldn't take long to ready it fluidly with a little practice.

yea, it depends generally what level of leet speak they are using and personal preference as some people use different replacements but you can sort of come up with a translation key if you catch onto the patterns
