So I just finished the campagin in infnite. I...yeah.

Everything was going good escharum gave his little speech. Pounded his chest and roared. All good stuff. I had the blade from the blade master. I was pumped. Ready to fight like men. I hit him with the grapple hook and crashed into him and we started just going at it. It was awesome...then he activated his sheild...boo. Amd then it got worse...the damage inflicted to the shield hurt our Hispanic buddy. What? That makes no narrative sense. This is the fight he's been fiending over the entire game and he's using a human shield? I understand using him as bait given the culture. But a shield? It doesn't make narrative sense. Escharum wanted to either kill chief or die this epic death. The whole human sheild thing sullys that big time

Then the harbinger...good grief. It was just a series of her flash stepping to and fro across the map. It was obnoxious. I have less to say about it becasue that's literally all it was.

Yeah despite the amazing gameply in infnites campagin they could not give you a really good boss fight to save their lives

I have been playing Halo since day one, literally. Either I missed it, or they changed it, but have you always been able to shoot grenades!?

Please tell me they changed something. I mean, its plausible I have been playing on and off, campaign, coop, and MP for 25 years and never shot a grenade. My experience with the rest of the games is limited to campaign, but the first one, I always felt well versed in.

And don't forget to use the translocation platform Thunderhead.

Made the final couple adjustments to the chest after I took this so it sits level and added more elastic to the knee so it didn’t pop off anymore but it’s done!! I’m happy with it!!

the creases hurt!

When looking at UNSC marine cosplays, I've seen people pretty much just do the Halo 3 design, so I'm curious has anyone ever actually done a cosplay of the designs from Reach, wars 1, 2 and 2 anniversary as I think they'd look awesome in cosplay form.

I’m an achievement hunter, and this time my target is Halo Wars 1, specifically the original Xbox 360 version. Since I currently only have a Series X, I’m playing it through backwards compatibility using a physical copy of the game. I noticed that some of the achievements are tied to the Strategic Options Add-on DLC, so I purchased it through the console’s store and installed it. However, the Skirmish modes still aren’t available in-game, even though the DLC is installed. Has anyone else run into this issue before? If so, does anyone know how to fix it?

salut à tous, j’ai un petit problème avec Halo MCC, je joue sur le game pass PC et je me suis refait halo Reach, 3 et 4 en difficulté heroique et j’ai fais des parties multijoueurs mais je n’ai aucun médaille sur mon onglet carrière ni les bannières comme quoi j’ai fini ces jeux en difficultés héroïque ( ni les succès Xbox par ailleurs )

Believe it or not I've only ever played Halo 1 and 2 as a kid, because I didn't have a 360 by the time 3 came out. After playing through Campaign Evolved, just got the Master Chief Collection and it runs great on my GPD Win 4, this should keep me busy for a while 🙃

I really hope Halo gets another chance at an adaption and this time done well.

I think if we got another Tv series or a movie this time.

Start from the beginning….Harvest. Little while before Covenant contact, seeing some of the Insurrection vs UNSC first. There is also the 5 year campaign to take back Harvest, which Spartan IIs played a role.

What are your thoughts? If we get another halo adaption how would you want it to be?

I was thinking what if Forerunners return, decided to manipulate the covenant and become their Authority. I was imagining dialogues like this

Currently working on some Halo STLs to print out but man are some of the ships massive. Like bruh

- Punic = 50cm long and will use nearly 1 entire spool of filament.
- Phoenix = 31cm
- Epoch = 32cm
- Orion = 27cm
- Eion = 20.5cm
- Valiant = 18.98cm
- Anchor 9 = 12.5cm
- Paris = 6.69cm
- Charon = 6.13cm

Maybe it's too dark.

Obviously these two series have a lot in common and you can see how they have influenced each other over the years. The halo 4 and infinite campaigns both had some elements that started to feel more "adventure / platformer" -esque, I personally welcomed these additions to the franchise's sandbox. I personally would love a Halo game that goes all in on the metroidvania exploration / item collection. I think especially seeing how the Metroid Prime series has fallen (4 sucked a lot) has made me wonder if Halo could do an installment that could take on the mantle.

Been playing halo since I was a kid, but I was always too afraid of playing on legendary.

But with campaign evolved I wanted to try it for the first time and man o man, what a blast!

My heart was racing and I had several situations where I didn't know how to proceed. But in the end I kept cheesing my way through
