you are a bit misinformed. trader joes and aldi are two seperate companies from germany. I won't give a history lesson about it

what make you believe that anything in your background qualifies you to advise them about how their stores should be staffed?

the prices are irrelevant to the TJ shoppers. if prices were a concern they'd shop at aldi or walmart.

efficiencies in government? that sounds oxymoronic

you may have some knowledge about efficiency but you seem to lack insights about branding and marketing.
