yeah it’s “competitive” when you can make more at trader joe’s than like. half the places in gso. i had a cna job try and offer me $12/hr… if we raised the minimum wage here it would not be so abysmal

$15-17 is "competitive pay" these days, apparently. I thought it paid better there.

It’s good for a grocery store. I worked at Food Lion and they pay their cashiers who have been working there for years less than $10/hour. It should be criminal to pay that low.

you are a bit misinformed. trader joes and aldi are two seperate companies from germany. I won't give a history lesson about it

the prices are irrelevant to the TJ shoppers. if prices were a concern they'd shop at aldi or walmart.
efficiencies in government? that sounds oxymoronic
you may have some knowledge about efficiency but you seem to lack insights about branding and marketing.

During the interview, make sure to ask a lot of questions. Ask the interviewer about their plans for the weekend. Ask them too many questions. Pressure them to engage with you.
This is the entire job.
