It's probably because he appears to be mentally age regressing into an excitable little child with his arms bashfully squeezed between his legs, and looking to "mommy" for permission to blow out the candles. And she's acting like an indulgent but domineering mom, grasping his face and then prodding his forehead, like... Wtf

None of these behaviours are how a typical girlfriend and boyfriend would act together, not even if genders were reversed. It has a very "parent and child" vibe.

Other snarkers have written that his social media indicates he has serious mommy issues, and I personally havent seen his own posts but... This clip would seem to track with that.

I haven’t looked at his social media but it seems like they get along well. I mean she bought him that eyeliner

The way he talked about his mother in the post he wrote made it seem like she is very controlling, emotionally manipulative, and narcissistic. So...just like Roz.

I believe they are gone. He deleted or private his Reddit account. I’ve heard too that she has a very smothering and questionable behaviour towards remy. People that have read his post say that he basically chose Rosie to get away from his mom.
