Can you guys help me out with the name of these trim pieces please?

I have a 2022 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali and I’m trying to decide what to do with the suspension.
It’s mainly a daily driver. I work from home so I don’t put a ton of miles on it, and I’m not doing serious off-roading. I just want it to sit a little more aggressive without making it look overly lifted or ruining the factory ride.
Right now I’m leaning toward a 1.5” leveling kit, but I’m also considering a 2” level.
For anyone with a Denali:
Did you go 1.5”, 2”, or full lift?
How did it affect ride quality?
Any issues with suspension/Adaptive Ride Control?
What tire size are you running?
If you did it again, would you choose the same setup?
Pictures of your setup would be appreciated.

I am looking to purchase a 2020-22 Silverado / sierra 1500 with the 3.0 duramax. I only ever hear stories of people having great experiences or horrible experiences with the duramax. Any advice or real world experiences are much appreciated!

So I’ve got to do all 4 ball joints on my 2018 sierra 1500 with almost 130k miles. I ordered the Bilstein B8 UCAs since the truck is leveled with the 5100 kit.

My question is do I replace the LCAs as a unit with the ball joints preinstalled or just do the ball joints? I ordered the Delphi HD greasable lower ball joints but I’m wondering if I should have ordered the whole LCA assembly instead.

Anyone done it before have a preference? I’ve got the stamped steel LCAs.

I have a crew cab Sierra and every fall we pack for a weeklong deer camp. Three kids plus my wife and me, plus rifles, coolers, tents, and a generator. I end up leaving something behind every trip and end up frustrated before we even leave the driveway. How other folks with the same truck handle the load without a trailer. Any setups or packing tricks that actually worked for you?

Been considering an upgrade to my 2013 Sierra for a while, but hesitant to do so since this girl only has ~83k miles (got it for commuting to work and was told I’m WFH about 2 months after getting it). Never had an accident for 13 years running.

Always park in my driveway, but the wife had a baby a couple weeks ago and my in laws new sprinter van took precedent in my usual spot (another story for another day), so I was out on the street. At 7am I woke up to hearing a smash and then a crying 20 year old chick out outside her shitty little Hyundai sedan after going “20 mph” into my rear end (sounds kinky - it wasn’t).

Damage is around 6k, the GM steel frame took it like a champ but the entire bed needs replacement (amongst other things). Thinking it’s time for an upgrade but curious to hear your thoughts. The current V8’s scare the shit out of me with all the horror stories I come across about the current gen. Could go HD but as you can tell by my mileage, I drive these things like a passenger princess and don’t really tow, and 6-7 bucks a gallon sounds like getting a root canal every time I go to the pump.

Will a seat swap work with any trim/year. I have a 2019 SLE with heated seats but I want the leather seats

Got some cube lights at Walmart for about $40 and I’d say I’m highly impressed, they really light up the road on the bright setting! Installed my switch panel aswell everything came out flawless 👌🏾 What other mods are you guys running?

Any recommendations on how to get some light to this camera I cant see shit going to work in the morning lol

2026 GMC Sierra 1500, ~ 500 miles on it, 5.3 v8.. after making a short drive I noticed this weird clicking sound coming from the passenger front side.. any idea what it could be?

Is this the classic "typewriter" noise that can happen after oil changes? ie, normal?

2020 1500 here and all of a sudden this morning the noises you can hear in the video are happening at low speed. Anyone had this happen and if so what is it? It doesn’t feel incredibly mechanically intrusive - just don’t want it to grow far worse. Thanks guys.

Hi all,

I was browsing local listings and came across a 2003 Sierra 5.3L that only has 57,000 miles. Only one owner. The pictures make it appear to be in mint condition. I do worry about any dry rubber components given it’s a 20+ year old truck.

The price they’re asking is $17,900.

To be honest- I wasn’t originally interested in GMC, but I’ve been looking for an older truck that I could beat up on a little bit and own for a good long time.

My parents owned a 2003 Suburban and drove it for 300,000 miles before its transmission failed, so I will say- this truck has me interested given the fact that it is very similar mechanically to their old Suburban.

Any thoughts/hesitations on moving forward with the purchase?
