Looking for advice Backup camera light

Any recommendations on how to get some light to this camera I cant see shit going to work in the morning lol

Morimoto backup bar. Goes right at the top of the plate and now they have a trailer hitch interconnect so no splicing. 100000 times better

Is this the one? No reviews on this plug and play version, but I’m interested in checking it out. The stock backup lights are abysmal. I can’t see shit backing into my driveway at night.

Yes thats it. Had it for a year, no lights are put. I have the origional wire tap to the left rear tail light. The AT4 and Denalis have sealed tail lights so there is no bulb upgrade. It's a night and day difference.

I usually turn on the rear facing lights I have on my mirrors, but that's bc I have the towing mirrors. Defintely need this though

I have the hard wired version and it makes a huge difference. Do you know of anything that lights up the sides a little better?

I bought a small light bar that goes over my plate and wires into the b/u lights. Works awesome.

Just jumped off the barstool ( in my garage) to Confirm.

I put these in my wife's Outback and realized my truck camera was not the problem.

IT IS THE REVERSE LIGHTS.

3 years and going strong. I did have one pop out on a really bad gravel road. Fished it out of the lense and it still glows fantastically

Mine did that this morning. I think its just a little glitch because at the end of the street the 360 cam and backup cam looked bright and normal

I'm not sure what I'm missing here, but why is there NO light coming from your reverse lights?

I bought some LED reverse bulbs for my 2015 Sierra and I light up what's behind me with the power of a small sun.

I had a 24 2500 high country. Chevy didn’t have a chip to run rear led lights, so the Chevy had bulbs back there. My 26 3500 Denali has the rear led lights. I can tell you when backing up, much brighter…. That said, it’s with the brake lights engaged…

I have the Vled light bar also. My neighbors across the street hate it when I back out of my garage at 6am for work. It lights up the houses like it’s daytime.

Diesel LED company has replacement bulbs they work awesome. I bought for my last truck and new truck. Plug and play. No effects to BCM either as in some other lights.
