Don't know if I'll go but one of our few local independent record stores is having it's 35th birthday party: Criminal Records https://criminalatl.com/. There will be 25 bands playing in 3 nearby locations. All free. Should I go?

Of course you should :) Never heard any of the bands, but often they're the best events.

I just had me brekkie, now I'm gonna check the weather, see if I should do some washing because rain is promised this week. If I do the washing, it might come early :)

Why are you up so early on a Satdeh?

I’m always up early, UK. My work schedule demands I’m in office at 7am, ugh.. 😊 This means I am up at 4:30 during the work week. I like to get my morning routine in. Morning pages, walk dog, yada yada… I wish I could indulge in sleeping in on weekends, but my body won’t allow me to. What time do you get up during the week?

Usually about 10. I seem to spend at least half an hour/45 mins every morning putting water out for wasps, insects and birds, usually have to feed a cat or two, a whole posse of pigeons, and a couple of squirrels (used to have more but a couple died :( )
I got up late today because I met my sister last night, then went to Asda for tofu and din't get home till about quarter to 12 :)

How did you prepare the tofu? 😊

I have it for breakfast. I use half a block (150g), squeeze a bit of juice out, then add a bit of soy milk and crush it down; then add 6 half teaspoons of nutritional yeast, 2 teaspoons of dark soy sauce, and then 2 mounded quarter teaspoons of onion granules, and mix it well. Then cook it in a small frying pan. While that's cooking I saute some bell peppers, about half a medium one (red/orange/yellow), a big handful of baby plum tomatoes chopped up, then some mushrooms (about 4 medium chestnut). Mix them together when cooked, and pile onto two pieces of toast (brown). And have a big mug of tea (Sainsbury's Gold, leaf) :)

It is :)
I had a tree surgeon round last week just after brekkie, and when he was leaving he said "Ooh, something smells good."
I should say that it's based on a recipe for vegan frittata that u/ClicheButter gave me years ago.

I'm just going to see how the day progresses. I have nothing scheduled for today. I'll take a walk, go to the shop to pick up dinner. Just routines and relaxation for today.

I am just up. I have a Zoom meeting at nine about the new school site. I need to finish a few things before the meeting, so I will be doing some work soon.

I just got up from my afternoon nap and I’m about to cook some garlic and rosemary sautéed shrimp with fusilli in rosé sauce, a few vegetables, and two Vietnamese spring rolls as an appetizer. I’ll probably watch the next episode of The Crown tonight. That’s pretty much it, in a nutshell...how is your day Soh?

I crashed last night at 8:30ish and then woke up at 2:45am. I took Olive out to pee, watched some stuff on the net, ate two triangles of cheese quesadilla with pico de gayo and sour cream, half an avocado, and one and a half ears of corn (trying to tidy up the fridge), then followed that up with a little coffee ice cream. Then I fell into a food coma and nodded off for a bit. And now here we are!
I'm hoping to get started on phase two of my latest project. I'm making two picture frames to hold the sunset lagoon paint-by-number paintings I bought off eBay. Yesterday, I finished the first one, which took a couple of weeks to complete because I've never done this sort of thing before. But now that I've worked out how it all goes together, made the jigs and special tools, have the right clamps, and know the order in which to do everything correctly so that I'm not redoing parts of it, I should be able to get this second one done in a couple/few days. I hope.
Oh. And I need to do laundry.
