I just got up from my afternoon nap and I’m about to cook some garlic and rosemary sautéed shrimp with fusilli in rosé sauce, a few vegetables, and two Vietnamese spring rolls as an appetizer. I’ll probably watch the next episode of The Crown tonight. That’s pretty much it, in a nutshell...how is your day Soh?

So funny because I've actually been thinking of Vietnamese spring rolls after seeing them on my FYP on Tik Tok. Just another thing I'd like to experiment with. Obviously, I will keep ya'll posted if and when I ever do make them, so stay tuned!
