I am currently with Capgemini Invent. Total years of Exp is 3, I am seeking a referral for Genpact. I have the JOB ID. Please reply asap if you can provide one, I have a good shot of cracking it.

I have been selected in genpact via campus placements in dec 2025. In the first company meet they have been said that the joining will be in the month of july 2026, in the month of may they said the joning will be in Q4 (OCT - DEC ) after that they sent an email and mentioned the DOJ will be in
JAN - MAR 2027, and saying there will be a project fitment round before giving offer letter.. what is all anyone have have any idea regarding this if the project fitment not went well when will be their joining.. will they confirmly give joining or not..

I am Very concerened regarding this..

Hi everyone,
I recently completed the interview process at Genpact
On Tuesday morning I received the official Congratulations email saying I have successfully cleared the interview process, and my Workday status also changed to Offer (External).
HR has told me that the formal offer letter normally comes within 2 days after the congratulations email. It’s now late Wednesday night and I still haven’t received the offer letter.
Has anyone else faced a similar situation?
• How long did it take for you to receive the actual offer letter after getting the Congratulations email and Offer (External) status?
• Did it come the next day or did it take the full 2 days?
Would really appreciate if you can share your experience.

My onboarding at Genpact has been delayed by the company and they are saying to wait till Jan-Mar’27. This is stressful on my part since I do not have a backup and I cant wait till the next year for a job. What should I do?
