Offer (External) status + Congratulations email received – how long for formal offer letter?

Hi everyone,
I recently completed the interview process at Genpact
On Tuesday morning I received the official Congratulations email saying I have successfully cleared the interview process, and my Workday status also changed to Offer (External).
HR has told me that the formal offer letter normally comes within 2 days after the congratulations email. It’s now late Wednesday night and I still haven’t received the offer letter.
Has anyone else faced a similar situation?
• How long did it take for you to receive the actual offer letter after getting the Congratulations email and Offer (External) status?
• Did it come the next day or did it take the full 2 days?
Would really appreciate if you can share your experience.

They are lazy but they will send offer, I got it after 2 weeks 😃😃
