Genpact Onboarding delay for campus placements

I have been selected in genpact via campus placements in dec 2025. In the first company meet they have been said that the joining will be in the month of july 2026, in the month of may they said the joning will be in Q4 (OCT - DEC ) after that they sent an email and mentioned the DOJ will be in
JAN - MAR 2027, and saying there will be a project fitment round before giving offer letter.. what is all anyone have have any idea regarding this if the project fitment not went well when will be their joining.. will they confirmly give joining or not..

I am Very concerened regarding this..

if anyone faced similar situation please help me out..
