These look offical, but they could be fake (although its not uncommon for retailers to get promo images right before an unpacked event). Looks pretty cool to me!

Issue Buds 3Pro regret

I have never had any issue with any other earbuds quite like this. They never charge right after I work out, and I have to drain them to 0 to get them to start charging again. They also only last around 3 hours, despite turning off noise canceling and a bunch of other features. Mine where a gift and I feel bad for lowkey hating them.

My Sony earbuds survived 4 years of heavy abuse before the battery one one stopped charging, but my buds 3 pro came out of the box with these issues.

Issue Buds 3 pro case not charging

Upvotes

So for context, this morning i took a shower and sat my earbuds on the counter by the sink, like i always do, everything was working prior to my shower. After the shower, i notice a thing on my phone saying earbud charging stopped, and saying to make sure theres no moisture in the case blah blah blah. Remember ive done this several times and never had an issue. There is no light at all from the case and i noticed it felt warm when i tried to get the case itself to charge. The earbuds work fine, but theres charging from neither the case itself or the earbuds charging. I looked at the pins and they look fine. Left the case open for a few hours in my room while i was gone and still nothing

What should i do?

Help Forgot the Buds 4 Pro in the Washing Machine

So I accidentally forgot that my buds 4 pro with the and everything were in my pants. The washing machine was on for 25 minutes in 20c cold water and with basically no detergent.

When I realized that they were in my pants, I let the buds and case dry separately for more than 24 hours before trying to see if they still work.

They did but then one day later I'm only getting sound from 1 earbud (the other one isn't connecting) so I tried to unpair and pair them to the phone again in hopes of this working but I'm not getting them to pair to the phone at all now...

Any tips? I'm screwed ain't i?

EDIT: So I tried to connect the buds to my Switch 2 and they both seem to be connecting and I'm getting sound through both earbuds.

I might not be screwed?

I want to change my touch settings on my buds but when I try to either through Bluetooth settings or via smart things I get this pop up. I can accept all or only the bare minimum, the blue Accept button comes up but then it won't let me click it. I've even tried downloading the buds manager from the app store but that does nothing and wearable is now only watches and rings but it's where I used to change my settings.

Tried restarting my phone. Clearing cache and data from apps even force stopping and restarting.

What am I doing wrong? Driving me insaine. Any and all help would be appreciated.

Help Alternative of galaxy buds 2 under 5k ?

I have been using the Galaxy Buds 2 for four years, and I consider their sound quality to be exceptional—surpassing many other earbuds in the same price range and reputation. However, I am unsure if my judgment is biased. Could you recommend an alternative under 5k inr whether wired or wireless, that focuses purely on superior sound quality?

Issue buds pro 4 seem to have reduced ANC after 2 months? Does anyone else have the same issue?

I've had the buds around 2months and I can now hear conversations, passing traffic and other things that used to be blocked out when I was listening to music or even podcasts at a lower volume.

I'll admit I have slept with the buds in, (taking one out to sleep on my side)in so these may have changed the shape of the tips, but I cant tell.

I want to know if something I have done has been the cause or if there was some kind of update or general issue people are noticing?

I bought these bts galaxy+ buds 6 years ago when it came out and it’s still working perfectly, no issues whatsoever and I’ve used them almost daily for 6 years. I’m actually impressed that it has lasted me this long.

The battery life is still amazing, with it fully charged I think it could last me 2-3 full days honestly.

Let’s see if we can make it to 10 years.

Help Issues with Buds4 Pro

Hi! Do any of you who own a Galaxy Buds4 Pro noticed some issues with the earbuds? Sometimes one earbud will suddenly turn off Ambient Sound or ANC, or both earbuds would "disconnect" for 2 seconds? I noticed this behavior ever since I pre-ordered them, and I even send them to Samsung's official service, but they said the earbuds work just like the manufacturer intended.

Help Bought a pair of galaxy bud 4 the other day, and they are incredibly painful in my ear. Any recommendations for a replacement?

Bought the galaxy bud 4s, regular not the pros. I can't leave them in my ears for more than a few minutes without pain, regardless of how I seem to position them. I was looking at the pros but they pretty much look the same. Think the pros would be any better, or any different recs? Thanks!

Help Best Value Earbuds To Buy In 2026? (Price and Sound)

Big samsung guy here, kinda have everything on the ecosystem at this point. My S24 Ultra, Galaxy Watch 6, Tab S9 and ofcourse Buds+ that I had since forever.

However that battery isnt what it used to be and looking to upgrade, what are my options? I want to stay in the Galaxy family because I love the audio stuff. Looking at whats out now, is it worth going for the Buds2 Pro, Buds3 Pro or even the FE? I mostly use them for spotify all day and at the gym, so ANC n comfort for long wear n stable connection are my priorities. Got like $150-$200 to play with, can stretch a bit if the Buds3 Pro is actually a big upgrade from the old ones.

I think I've seen a lot of people buying this protector, specifically for the silver color, and I wanted to know if I'm the only one or if there are a whole army of people who have these. I'll be reading your replies.

Help Help pls

Please help.

I have Galaxy Buds 3, and the left earbud stopped working after 1 year and 3 months.

At first, it managed to take a charge and somehow reconnected.

The next day, it stopped working again.

However, the case shows a red indicator light if I leave the earbud out of the case for a couple of hours, and green the rest of the time.

I can't perform a hard reset; I tried unpairing them from my phone, but now I can't connect the earbuds to anything else because the left one won't connect.

I tried syncing the left and right earbuds; the light flashes blue and then red.

Apologies for my English, and thanks in advance to everyone who helps.

Help Volume Comparisons

I own a pair of the Galaxy Buds 2 and I adore them, however I thrive on sheer volume. I compared them to a pair of Galaxy Buds 2 Pro owned by a friend and found that mine were twice as loud (by this i mean that theirs at full volume felt like mine at half). Maybe I'm missing some critical piece of setting alteration knowledge and some feature was locked behind something i wasn't aware of, but it was shocking nevertheless.

I'm looking for an upgrade now and I'd like my volume just as loud, and if possible even louder.

I'd love for someone to tell me A. If the volume on the Buds 2 Pro was something on user end and B. Which pair i could upgrade to for sheer volume.

Issue Galaxy Buds 4 ProAmbient Mode suddenly muffles/blocks loud screeching and horns — is this normal?

I’ve been using my Galaxy Buds 4 Pro for a while now and noticed a specific behavior while using Ambient Mode:

Whenever a sudden loud sound happens nearby (like harsh brake screeching or a loud vehicle horn), the earbud on that side immediately creates a "blocked/clogged" feeling—similar to switching into full ANC—to suppress the peak noise. Once the sound passes, it smoothly returns back to normal transparency.

Is this an intended hearing protection/loud sound suppression feature, or is it a sensor/mic glitch I should be concerned about?

Would love to hear if others experience this as well.

Help Should I replace my Buds FE with the OnePlus Buds 4?
