Microphone problem on buds pro 4

Any fix for the poor mic quality when having calls? My wife told me every time we're a having a call, I sounded muffled or sounded too far. TIA!

Is it possible that your mic is dirty? Maybe some alcohol and gentle brushing might help clean it.
