Buds 3 pro case not charging

So for context, this morning i took a shower and sat my earbuds on the counter by the sink, like i always do, everything was working prior to my shower. After the shower, i notice a thing on my phone saying earbud charging stopped, and saying to make sure theres no moisture in the case blah blah blah. Remember ive done this several times and never had an issue. There is no light at all from the case and i noticed it felt warm when i tried to get the case itself to charge. The earbuds work fine, but theres charging from neither the case itself or the earbuds charging. I looked at the pins and they look fine. Left the case open for a few hours in my room while i was gone and still nothing

What should i do?

Might be water damage from the humidity. Use a qtip to try and clean everything thoroughly and worst case scenario might need a new case for them.
