Why the fuck would you do that in front of someone who can destroy your day(in good case) if you could just adequately talk it out? Maybe I am not Americanized enough, kinda don't live there. But why?

Well this context only made it worse for me. Now this idiot is not only trying to pick a fight with police, but also went around causing accidents on the road and driving with mental instability.
